Trendiously process all orders in USD (United States Dollar). While the content of your cart will be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate. Our payment processor Stripe has control of what to accept or decline, we do not have any power over this as we do not have access to your billing credentials.

Though we highly encourage you to double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made.
We send items for processing the very same day that they are made. +WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders will be processed within 1-7 business days from the order date and shipped immediately the next business day after processing, we process orders between Monday – Friday. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.
Most orders are handled and shipped out direct from manufacturers overseas. While we usually see packages arrive between 2-4 weeks, there are various reasons why a package might be delayed. Weather disasters, customs issues and holiday backlogs from postal services are some of the main reasons of delayed delivery, so we kindly ask you to allow 60 days to give enough time for logistical issues.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
+WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We will provide a tracking number shortly after the order has been shipped and when the postal service assign one, you can use the TRACK ORDER section on our store to then check up on your purchase. The tracking service works for worldwide destinations and will automatically detect everything for you.
Free Promotional items may not be liable for Tracked and Insured shipping
We may sometimes use Tracked and Insured shipping for certain delivery destinations when shipping Free Promotional Items, this varies by product.
+WHY IS THERE NO UPDATE TO MY TRACKING?
As soon as the postal service assign a tracking number to your order, a notification email will be sent directly to you.
We do not have any insight or control into their database to check your order apart from when they decide to update the tracking information, usually if you do not see any update to your tracking it means the order is currently in transit and will update as soon as it is scanned for domestic delivery.
DO I QUALIFY FOR FOR FREE SHIPPING?
We provide free tracked and insured shipping worldwide for all retail items in store.
All free items are subject to a shipping and handling charge to cover delivery costs to the postal services.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

+I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ALL MY ITEMS, WHY?
We process orders to ensure our customers receive their products as early as possible.
If you have a multi-product order with us, often times some will arrive earlier than others – this is completely normal and is a result of our efficient supply chain process.
+HOW DO I REFUND/CANCEL MY ORDER?
**No refunds applicable to “Free + Shipping” & Promotional Products** A return will be available if there was a mistake on our side. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
